Thank you for supporting NamasDay!

Thank you to those who brought their yoga mats and joined us for a morning of yoga, self-care, and empowerment!

Local yoga instructors, Amy Jarvis, Lucy Mathers, Suzanne Boyle, and Yelena Storma, provided an exciting morning of yoga, self-care, and empowerment! Our fall fundraiser, NamasDay, a group yoga event, was on Saturday, October 3, 8:00a.m.-noon at the UW-FDL University Commons. NamasDay co-chairs were Melissa Worthington and Kathy Strong-Langolf.

NamasDay takes its name from the Sanskrit greeting “Namaste”, a universally recognized message of peace, honor, and respect, and fits the morning’s theme of encouraging health and well-being. Proceeds will benefit 2015 Women’s Fund grants, supporting programs that make a tangible difference in the lives of women and girls in our community.

A huge thank you to our sponsors for supporting NamasDay! Also, thank you to our vendors, volunteers, and everyone who dedicated their time to making this event a success!
