SSM Health Bold Changer Community Partner

Thank you to SSM Health for its continued support as one of Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund’s Bold Changemaker community partners in 2023!

We are honored for the recognition that the work we are doing within the community “is consistent with and supportive of their mission by addressing the community’s health needs of enhancing public health and addressing trauma-informed care.” Our pillars related to Education, Health and Well-Being, and Safety, Dignity, and Freedom from Violence align.
