Solutions Center of Fond du Lac Green Dot SHEroe Team

The entire Solutions Center Domestic Violence Services staff was nominated by Interim Executive Director Amy Bayer as a Green Dot SHEro Team. In her nomination, Amy shared: “This team has shown resilience and determination through changes of leadership, programing and a move in shelter locations over the last year. They have continued to work tirelessly to ensure their clients are safe and needs are met. Staff are available 24/7 to provide emotional support, safety planning and empower victims of violence to move forward from their trauma.

“Despite inconsistencies for the program, this team as remained diligent in their work and have kept their clients best interest in mind as primary despite the ongoing changes. This team uses their individual skills to enhance this program, support clients and even basic maintenance on shelter grounds. They consistently think ‘out of the box’ to meet the needs of the clients they work with. I am beyond proud of this team and honored to have got to know them.”
