The Resource Guide (& Resource Guide in Spanish) was created by members of the the SPROUT partnership in support of its vision that Every Fond du Lac County child will have his/her social and emotional developmental needs met within the context of family, culture, and community. The partnership is comprised of over 40 organizations, that support the social and emotional health of young children collaboratively using Nurturing and Responsive Relationships, High Quality Supportive Environments, Targeted Social and Emotional Supports and Intensive Interventions.
