We will honor Lacey Sadoff as our 2023 Woman of Achievement. Lacey is a fourth-generation co-owner and president of Badger Liquor, the largest wine and spirits distributor in the state of Wisconsin. Growing up in Fond du Lac and attending Marquette University in Milwaukee, Lacey, her family, and the business are deeply rooted here.

A member of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management program, Lacey serves on the board of trustees at the THELMA Sadoff Center for the Arts, Milwaukee Film and Radio Milwaukee, and was a founding member of the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America’s Leadership Council.

Lacey continues her family legacy with a dedication to supporting local arts and culture, a female-led business, and leaving a strong philanthropic footprint in our community. She has been instrumental in supporting programming within our Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund, including funding critical to the Green Dot Bystander Intervention Training program, which is the only community model in Wisconsin.

She recently received a 2023 Titan 100 award, which recognizes 100 CEOs and C-level executives as the state’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry, based on exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.
